  • Added a "Building settings readout" setting under Tile Cursor Settings. Turn it on and the tile cursor reports how a building is configured, in the overlay that setting belongs to. For example the specific settings of an automation sensor in the automation overlay. Settings that cannot be stated in a line, such as storage filters, are left out.
  • The I key now reports if the arm of an autosweeper is currently grabbing something or is idle.
  • Opening the details screen of an Auto-Sweeper now narrates what its arm is doing: every completed pickup and delivery is announced with the item, the amount, and where it came from or went to. The readout can be turned off with "Auto-Sweeper activity readout" under Miscellaneous settings.
  • Added a "Rectangle size while selecting" setting under Tile Cursor Settings. Set it to append or prepend and the cursor readout carries the size of the rectangle being dragged out, such as "4x7", for tools, the build tool, and sandbox tools. Off by default.
  • Fixed conveyor rails always reading as carrying nothing.
  • Fixed the dig tool announcing its filter checkboxes when activated. Unlike other tools, the dig filter is a set of independent checkboxes rather than one choice, so there is no chosen filter to report; press F to review them.
  • Fixed the harvest mode picked from the action menu never being applied.

  • Fixed logic gate blueprints not announcing their input, output, and control ports in the automation overlay. Under-construction gates now read the same port labels as finished ones.
  • Fixed cursor skip stopping repeatedly inside runs of identical-sounding tiles near ruins: worldgen-placed tiles are now treated as the same skip zone as player-built tiles.

  • Cursor skipping in the utility overlays now stops at planned wires, pipes, rails, and automation wire. Blueprints form their own skip zones per conduit type, separate from built networks and empty space, with junction stops based on planned connections. Runs of built conduit marked for replacement are also their own zone, so skipping finds where a replacement stretch begins and ends.
  • Fixed pipe, conveyor, and wire bridge blueprints not announcing their input and output ports in the utility overlays. Under-construction bridges now read the same port labels as finished ones, followed by the building name marked as under construction.

  • Fixed Vitals screen column sorting going the opposite direction of what was announced.
  • Custom scanner categories can now include duplicants: selecting all of Life, the Duplicants subcategory, or a keyword matching a duplicant's name surfaces them in that category. The built-in Life category still hides them.

Install via Steam Workshop.

New to OniAccess? See the getting started guide.

  • Fixed the Auto-Sweeper In Range section missing several buildings: Sweepy Docks, the Plastic Press, buildings whose output drops away from their center (Water Sieve, Rust Deoxidizer, Compost, Fertilizer Synthesizer, Oxylite Refinery, Ethanol Distiller), and the Power Control Station, Oxidizer Tank, and Remote Worker Dock.

New to OniAccess? See the getting started guide.

  • Valves, limit valves, and shutoffs now keep the cursor anchored on their input end when rotated, the same way pipe bridges do.
  • The Properties tab of a selected Auto-Sweeper now has an "In Range" section listing every building the sweeper can service or collect from, nearest first.
  • Ctrl+G during building placement now cycles through three modes: single, rectangle, and the new hollow rectangle. Hollow rectangle places buildings only along the edges of the selected area, leaving the middle empty.

  • Reading tile details at the cursor now announces "shearable" after a critter's name when its scales are fully grown, so you can tell which Dreckos and other shearable critters are ready without opening each one.

  • Fixed Alt+Up and Alt+Down not stepping through breakdowns in a few more places: the Research browse tab (where it did nothing), the Skills screen's duplicant morale breakdown, and the Priorities column headers, whose affected-errand list now reads one task per line.

  • Fixed speech dropping any text with accented or non-English characters. Such text was sent to the speech engine in the wrong encoding and silently rejected, so it was never spoken; it now reads correctly.

  • Fixed the scanner search prompt so it accepts IME-composed text such as Korean.

  • Fixed Alt+Up and Alt+Down reading a packed item's whole breakdown as one line. Tooltip-backed readouts like the Vitals Endurance or Morale lines now split into one line per field, so you can step through them.

@rashadnaqeeb rashadnaqeeb released this 25 Jun 19:18

Install via Steam Workshop.

New to OniAccess? See the getting started guide.

  • Added Alt+Up and Alt+Down to step through the item the cursor is on one line at a time, in menus, lists, tables, and detail screens. Useful for packed readouts like the Vitals morale column or a building's status panel, where a single cell or line crams in many values.

  • Added a Verbose interface setting (off by default, in Settings under Interface). When on, menus and lists announce each item's control type (button, picker, slider, toggle, radio button, submenu) and its position, like "3 of 9"; tables announce the row count as you change rows and the column count as you change columns, and tag a sortable column header as a sort button; the table or grid name itself is announced, for example "Vitals, table" or "Schedules, grid"; and switching tabs ends with the tab's position, like "tab 2 of 4".

  • The tool filter now says which option is currently selected, and the build material and facade pickers mark the current choice as selected.

  • Fixed the area scan not counting under-construction pipes, wires, and conduit bridges. It only looked for build orders on regular building layers, so pending utility construction was left out of the order count.
