create-react-app is just creating package.json and nodemodules

in terminal i see this: ... react, react-dom, and react-scripts with cra-template, and before i did not see cra-template
1-i deleted create react app globally
2-i deleted the nodejs and npm
3-i did clear cache
4-i did use yarn and npm again but no way, it did not work
could it be a problem from my OS ?
