What all modules/packages are managed by react-scripts

@gaearon, In one of your comment here, you said that we shouldn't be installing any package which is managed by react-scripts otherwise the setup may break. Is there any documentation or list of all the packages which are managed by react-scripts? Thanks!

We are going to prevent start/builds for these in the future, but you can see the list here:

It'd probably be good to document this somewhere.

What do you mean when you say "We are going to prevent start/builds for these in the future"? How its going to impact existing CRA projects?
