error in creating react app

i face an error in create-react-app

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Users\M'
command not found: create-react-app

Please help me!

It appears that the create-react-app path variable is not set properly.
Did you run the following command?
npx create-react-app my-app
If not, could you please try this and provide the outcome?
