• Fixes HTTP 404 during first HWP creation / rHWP asset installation.

Compatibility

• Also published a plain 0.2.16 compatibility release so already-installed 0.2.16 builds can download rhwp-editor.zip instead of hitting 404.

Verification

• Built release package with npm run package:release using bundled Codex Node.
• Verified the local LearningMaster plugin install is 0.2.17 and includes rhwp-editor.zip.
• Verified 0.2.16 and v0.2.16 asset URLs return HTTP 200.

• Reads rHWP drag-selected text through an injected rHWP Studio selection bridge instead of relying only on DOM selection polling.
• Adds selection failure diagnostic logs under .rhwp-agent/logs so selection issues can be inspected after the Notice appears.
• Bumps the plugin to 0.2.16 for BRAT updates.

Verification

• Built release package with npm run package:release using the bundled Codex Node runtime.
• Verified the bundled rHWP Studio asset contains the bridge injection point.
• Verified release and local installed main.js include getSelectedText.
