Fixes

  • Fixes HTTP 404 during first HWP creation / rHWP asset installation.
  • Uses a local rhwp-editor.zip first when present.
  • Falls back across both v-prefixed and plain GitHub release tags when downloading runtime assets.

Compatibility

  • Also published a plain 0.2.16 compatibility release so already-installed 0.2.16 builds can download rhwp-editor.zip instead of hitting 404.

Verification

  • Built release package with npm run package:release using bundled Codex Node.
  • Verified the local LearningMaster plugin install is 0.2.17 and includes rhwp-editor.zip.
  • Verified 0.2.16 and v0.2.16 asset URLs return HTTP 200.
