AscNet Launcher v1.0.4

Supports PGR client 4.8.0 (patch 0.3.0). Existing installs patched on 4.7 upgrade without restore. Launcher no longer exits when self-update is unavailable (linked folder or renamed exe), update downloads no longer time out after 3 minutes, unsupported game versions are reported before setup with clear guidance, and the Activity panel shows a status line, short error messages and a scrollable log.
