AscNet Launcher v1.0.5

Setup and source updates no longer open console windows; progress stays in the launcher's Activity panel (UAC and the Visual Studio Build Tools installer still show their own windows). The main button now shows Update whenever a source update is pending, including after an automatic update was deferred while PGR was running.
