File Progress / GUI / Ability to Cancel/Block Uploads/Downloads

The dos/cli window does not even mention when anyone uploads/downloads files

Would be great if made into a GUI - so then you could visually see uploads/downloads and have an ability to cancel them and/or blacklist the IP address

(or if left as a dos/cli program have it show the uploads/download there along with the IP address and a way to cancel and/or block the IP
example: Uploading file.rar [Cancel: /cancel file.rar] [Stop/Blacklist: /block IP]
