3.2.1 plugins are not showing up

after upgraded to 3.2.1 logs do not seem to show properly. specifically IPS. also plugins are not showing up ... running on windows 11. pro using google chrome. any one else having this issue?

i don't have such problems, and i'm running win11+chrome.
you can temporarily revert back to your previous version just to be sure that it's nothing about the version.
