Overview
Contractor onboarding product copy now uses consistent trailing periods on listItems in constants.ts for Contractor Management Plus, Contractor of Record, and Employer of Record so bullets match each other and the rest of the flow.

Reviewer docs add a BUGBOT section on punctuation in user-facing string arrays and a checklist item so future PRs catch the same inconsistency.
