Hi there, Thanks for building and maintaining Wiki.js; it's a great project. I've cloned the repository (main branch) and I'm planning to push a copy to my own remote. I noticed that the repository already contains project-level files such as A couple of quick questions:

No, they are definitely supposed to be in source control. I suggest you start reading about them.
