Nebula (Android phone + TV) v1.59.0

A fix pass. Series whose ids carry a prefix now open the right title: an episode id is ::, but some catalogues write the series part with a colon of its own, so Continue watching's View details opened a title that did not exist, next episode was dead after resuming from a card, and the Season and Episode labels read nonsense. An add-on's install link can also be pasted straight into the add-ons box — the link those sites hand out was refused before.
