v3.0.0-rc1

The first candidate of CopyPaste 3.0, rewritten in Rust for Windows and macOS.

This is a candidate, not the final release. Install it to try it, and expect
rough edges worth reporting.

Nothing is taken from you. Your history stays where it is, the new version finds
it and offers to bring it over on first run, and nothing moves until you ask
for it. The 2.x keeps working while you decide.

• One application on both platforms, where the 2.x was Flutter, C++ and
  Swift.
• A panel that answers the keys of the system it runs on: Ctrl on Windows,
  Command on a Mac, and it opens where you left it.
• Copy without pasting, a name for any card, and links opened through
  LinkUnbound when you have it
  installed.
• Everything stays on your machine. No account, no telemetry, no server.

Open an issue with what you did, what you expected and what happened. On a Mac,
~/Library/Application Support/CopyPaste/logs holds the panel's log; on
Windows, %LOCALAPPDATA%\CopyPaste\logs.
