v3.2.0-rc1

A test version of CopyPaste under its new name: CoPanda.

Same app, a new name and a panda to go with it. Your history, your settings
and your shortcut stay as they are.

What's new:

• CopyPaste is now CoPanda. The same app, under a name of its own that is
  easier to find.
• A panda says hello. It greets you on the welcome screen.
• On a Mac, the app takes its new name by itself. A copy that updates
  becomes CoPanda.app, and an older CopyPaste.app left beside it goes to the
  Trash once it is closed.
• Homebrew: test versions now come as copanda-beta, and copypaste-beta
  leads there.

This is a test version, so it may still have rough edges.

• docs(readme): show the CopyPaste 3.0 screenshots in English and Spanish by @rgdevment in #160
• ci(rules): set up Go 1.25 before installing actionlint, which no longer builds with the runner's Go by @rgdevment in #161
• ci(release): winget gets komac at a fixed version and checksum instead of an action whose tag keeps moving by @rgdevment in #163
• feat(brand): the app now goes by CoPanda while keeping its folders, keys and package identity by @rgdevment in #162
