IL2-SRS 1.0.4.8-beta.5 community update

This beta focuses on safer IL-2 telemetry configuration and more useful connection diagnostics.

Improvements

• Telemetry Diagnostics now checks Windows Firewall access for IL-2 telemetry on UDP port 4322.
• SRS backs up startup.cfg before its first telemetry repair.
• Telemetry repairs preserve the file's encoding and read-only setting.
• Server Pilot Roster JSON integration is now opt-in and remains available when administrators configure their own data path.

Fixes

• SRS no longer repairs startup.cfg while Great Battles or Korea is running.
• Telemetry repair aborts safely if IL-2 changes the file during the operation.
• Atomic file replacement prevents partial or truncated startup.cfg files.
• Unconfigured Pilot Roster data sources can no longer delay the server's client synchronization reply.

Testing notes

• Updated clients and servers remain compatible with other 1.0.4.8 builds.
• If telemetry repair is required while IL-2 is running, close the game and restart SRS or run Telemetry Diagnostics again.
• Please report telemetry repair, firewall detection, or server synchronization issues through the Help tab support buttons.
