Initial release of Bigme Light Control plugin for KOReader.

What it does

Control the Bigme HiBreak / B6 front light (cold and warm channels, 0-255) from KOReader using the menu or swipe gestures.

Highlights

  • Menu: light control dialog, step size, all off, EinkCenter panel
  • Gestures: increase/decrease cold or warm, toggle, dialog, all off
  • Self-contained setup: the root helper is embedded in the plugin and installed through Magisk on first run
  • Health checks: Check setup and Install / update helper report root, driver, and helper status
  • Persistent: the helper survives reboots and auto-repairs if removed
  • Toggle with memory: turning the light off remembers the last levels

Requirements

  • Bigme HiBreak / B6 (LM3630A front-light driver)
  • Root (Magisk) — see the Rooting Guide
  • No external dependencies and no PC required after downloading the zip

Install

  1. Download bigmelight-v1.0.zip
  2. Unzip so the folder lands in /sdcard/koreader/plugins/bigmelight.koplugin/
  3. Restart KOReader and open Bigme Light in the menu
