Legal and evaluation posture
This release is a source-backed engineering framework. It does not provide a legal
opinion, create an attorney-client relationship, guarantee enforceability, override
mandatory law, fiduciary duties, court authority, or human counsel requirements.
The benchmark contains 10,000 structured items, but attorney gold labels and
adjudications are not yet populated. Therefore the system has not established an
empirical material-error rate or the target 95% confidence upper bound below 3%.
GLAW v1.2.3
GLAW v1.2.3 hardens the autonomous orchestrator and release packaging surface.\n\nHighlights:\n- Exposes normalized compliance action plans to glaw-loop and glaw-headless so orchestrators can route failed final-packet controls without re-parsing raw manifest rows.\n- Requires jurisdiction source catalogs for every jurisdiction source and rejects missing, orphaned, or non-HTTPS source metadata.\n- Centralizes trusted legal authority domains for citation and groundedness gates.\n- Keeps GitHub Actions runtime pins current and preserves source-only / zero third-party package enforcement.\n\nVerification before release:\n- GLAW doctor: failures 0, warnings 0.\n- 180 skill contracts pass.\n- Citation corpus, groundedness, policy, compliance, headless, orchestrator loop, golden-profile, bookkeeping/IRS/adversarial, and package-policy gates pass.\n\nPackage:\n- The release triggers the GHCR source-only OCI artifact workflow for ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:1.2.3, ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:v1.2.3, and ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:latest.
GLAW v1.2.2
GLAW v1.2.2 refreshes the current main release and source-only GitHub Package.
Highlights:
- Adds government-adversary routing regression coverage for final-packet failures.
- Aligns README, ROADMAP, tools docs, and gate consistency tests with the enforced hard-gate chain.
- Syncs VERSION, SKILL.md, CHANGELOG, and GHCR packaging docs to the current release.
Verification before release:
- glaw-doctor: 0 failures, 0 warnings
- glaw-policy check: pass
- gate_docs_consistency_test: 3 passed
- 179 source skills, 63 vendored seats, 177 mirrored Codex/Claude commands, 180 skill contracts passing
Package:
- GHCR source artifact publishes as ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:1.2.2, ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:v1.2.2, and ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:latest.
GLAW v1.2.1
GLAW v1.2.1 is a patch release that aligns the public gate documentation with the enforced matter-gate contract and hardens package publication.
Highlights:
- README, SKILL.md, workflow docs, and org-chart docs now describe the same enforced hard gates: structured intake, conflicts, citations, adversarial RED→BLUE, red flags, final packet, Chief/Council approval, UPL, and docket.
- Added gate_docs_consistency_test and wired it into glaw-doctor and glaw-policy so gate documentation drift fails closed.
- GHCR package publishing now verifies source with glaw-setup, glaw-doctor, glaw-policy, glaw-bookkeeping-doctor, and the zero-package guard before Docker build/push.
- Package workflow is now covered by the policy contract.
Verification before release:
- bin/glaw-doctor: 0 failures, 0 warnings
- 179 source SKILL.md files
- 63 vendored seats
- 177 Codex/Claude mirrored commands
- 180 skill contracts passing
Package:
- GHCR source artifact will publish as ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:1.2.1 and ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:latest.
GLAW v1.2.0
GLAW v1.2.0 hardens the verifiable-law and autonomy safety spine.
Highlights:
- Citation corpus now rejects off-allowlist authority URLs and treats pasted text as untrusted context, not verified law.
- Verified citations require trusted fetched/authenticated corpus rows, legal-research reviewer, support summary, source URL, and groundedness audit.
- File gate rejects untrusted citation corpus rows and stale/unsupported citation evidence.
- Host/MCP/Extism execution now applies RBAC before tool dispatch; IRS live filing checks the Oversight Board kill-switch directly.
- Loop escalation remains latched until oversight resumes.
- Doctor now covers citation corpus, groundedness negative paths, compliance audit classification, host RBAC, golden profiles, and full lifecycle approval.
Verification:
- bin/glaw-doctor: 0 failures, 0 warnings
- 179 source SKILL.md files
- 63 vendored seats
- 177 Codex/Claude mirrored commands
- 180 skill contracts passing
Package:
- GHCR source artifact: ghcr.io/rikitrader/glaw:1.2.0
