GLAW v1.2.2 refreshes the current main release and source-only GitHub Package.

Highlights:

  • Adds government-adversary routing regression coverage for final-packet failures.
  • Aligns README, ROADMAP, tools docs, and gate consistency tests with the enforced hard-gate chain.
  • Syncs VERSION, SKILL.md, CHANGELOG, and GHCR packaging docs to the current release.
