Warning

This release is broken on Python 3.13: installation fails while building curated-tokenizers from source. Install v0.3.2 or newer instead. See #7.

Detect the installed Codex and Claude Code CLIs and install TurnEcho into each detected host automatically, for both GitHub and local-checkout installs. Add Claude Code marketplace packaging with a directory-marketplace local install flow, skip Codex-only files on Claude-only machines, share one versioned runtime across hosts, and roll every host back when any step fails. Update release metadata, runtime paths, documentation, and installer tests for v0.3.1.
