Makes croma's MusicXML → ABC → MusicXML round-trip lossless across the
foreign-import surface, via a private carrier system, and adds a
croma agent help surface so AI agents can author those annotations.

Highlights

• Private carrier system ([I:croma-*] / %%croma-*) — round-trips MusicXML
  facts ABC 2.1 cannot natively express, while staying ignorable by abc2midi /
  abcm2ps / abcjs. Spec: docs/carriers.md.
• croma agent — help topics for AI agents / LLMs (each notation with
  syntax, a copy-paste example, and a verify command), plus a zero-dependency
  croma-core API (agent_topics(), find_agent_topic()).
• Cross-voice slur carrier ([I:croma-xvoice-slur]) — a slur across two
  voices, which ABC (/) cannot span, now round-trips.
• Lossless round-trip across foreign import (#193–#234): instruments,
  functional <harmony> text, tempo, lyrics, articulations, tremolos, spanners,
