HackFest version (mostly)

This is pretty much the version I showed at KFest, with a few minor bugs fixed and a slightly different title screen sequence. It's not a complete game by any means, and I do intend to finish it. Stuff remaining includes:

• actually moving on to the next level when you complete a level
• some sort of effect when the player gets caught
• multiple levels
• sound
• two player simultaneous play
• an Atari 8-bit port
