python v3.7.1 can open ride, but can't run the testcase

run the testcase has no log, the log always

This last screenshot shows the root cause, proofing that the error message is correct. You did not select a Execution profile, so it is null.
Please select the robot or robot 3.1 Execution profile.
PS: From a conversation in Slack, there is the possibility of having the Execution profile after using the Text Editor This is not true, just ignore it.
@zhyalin Please confirm that everything is OK when Runner is selected.

Hi ! While you're in your test case, go in the "Run" tab and in there you will see a dropdown called "Execution Profile". In my case nothing was selected, it was blank, so I simply selected "Robot".

It was bad usage because no running profile was selected
(this is more noticeable when upgrading from 1.5.2.1, because it may have been selected pybot)
