v0.7.0 — validating problems

Choose a tag to compare

@rohitgehe05 rohitgehe05 released this 21 Jul 11:04
ce98992

Adds an optional validating-problems workflow before Mindstorming. It evaluates existence, audience, materiality, and mechanism/context independently; prefers direct customer and behavioural evidence; routes evidence expectations by product stage; challenges premises and alternatives; and writes evidence-assessed problem briefs without implying prioritisation or approval. One-pagers can consume those briefs while preserving scope, status, limitations, and recency. Full changes are in the CHANGELOG.

v0.6.0 — one-pager/BRD

Choose a tag to compare

@rohitgehe05 rohitgehe05 released this 15 Jul 15:44

New template: one-pager, for pitching one direction and getting fast alignment before a full PRD or a formal decision doc gets written. BRD is treated as a heavier weight-tier of the same template (optional stakeholders/rough-milestones), not a separate one — neither external one-pager/PR-FAQ standards nor the org's own real docs draw a hard line between them.

prd picks up three small additions from real-world heavier PRD templates (optional lead pitch, strategic-fit prompt, assumptions-check prompt); sign-off gates, DARCI tables, and launch-plan mechanics stay out as org process, not brainstorming-stage spec content.

Full changes in the CHANGELOG.

v0.5.1 — tested trigger descriptions

Choose a tag to compare

@rohitgehe05 rohitgehe05 released this 07 Jul 07:09

Skill descriptions now state only triggering conditions (skill-authoring best practice: workflow summaries in descriptions get followed instead of the skill body). Verified with a 30-simulation routing A/B against superpowers:brainstorming and pressure-tested gate compliance before shipping. README what's-new updated.

v0.5.0 — calibrating (memory)

Choose a tag to compare

@rohitgehe05 rohitgehe05 released this 07 Jul 04:55

calibrating records what landed and what you changed after a deliverable ships, into docs/mindpowers/preferences.md keyed by template type. Mindstorming reads it at the start of every session, so your fourth business review starts smarter than your first. See CHANGELOG.

v0.4.0 — drafting + reviewing-docs

Choose a tag to compare

@rohitgehe05 rohitgehe05 released this 07 Jul 04:55

Two new skills complete the shape -> draft -> review loop: drafting executes a locked spec with the template's standards as hard requirements; reviewing-docs red-teams any finished doc (mindpowers-drafted or not) through a persona matched to the document type, and can reverse-engineer a spec when none exists. New post-mortem template. See CHANGELOG.

v0.3.0 — mindstorming

Choose a tag to compare

@rohitgehe05 rohitgehe05 released this 07 Jul 04:55

The brainstorming skill is now mindstorming, ending the name collision with superpowers:brainstorming and Anthropic's own brainstorming features. Trigger scoping now cedes code work to superpowers and claims non-code deliverables. Output paths move to flat docs/mindpowers/specs/ (legacy docs/brainstorm/ still read), drafts get a home, Cowork no-filesystem fallback, confidentiality warning, complete plugin metadata. See CHANGELOG for details.
