Two new skills complete the shape -> draft -> review loop: drafting executes a locked spec with the template's standards as hard requirements; reviewing-docs red-teams any finished doc (mindpowers-drafted or not) through a persona matched to the document type, and can reverse-engineer a spec when none exists. New post-mortem template. See CHANGELOG.
