Bug Fixes

• Achievement LED flash now respects your brightness setting, no longer fires when ambient LEDs are disabled, and no longer leaves the LEDs stuck at full brightness afterward
• Dual screen: returning to Argosy after a game now ends the session immediately - controls respond again, the bottom screen returns to the library, and closing Argosy releases the bottom screen
• Dual screen: games launched on the bottom screen via a per-game display target no longer lose controller input or have their session ended while still running
