This issue caused by introducing ros_prefix to install directory. so, we should replace it into ros_prefix. | open: No such file or directory | elf_open: Invalid argument | WARNING: exit code 1 from a shell command. 1. version upgrade - stable version 3.14.16 --> stable version 3.14.17. 2. Fixed issue ipopt ros#1321 - Because ipopt have configure file already, so, you don't need to run autoreconf to generate it. Signed-off-by: Mark Choi <afewgoodman.choi@gmail.com>

Thanks for the commit for ipopt. As a general rule, Yocto forceably regenerates the configure file with autoreconf in order to ensure that the version of aclocal, libtool, etc matches the version used by configure.

I fixed #1271 with license issue.
