Optional filename_date_format passes to Clear-Files -FilenameDateFormat during the existing cleanup step. Clear-Files is now pinned to1.1.0.0. Install that exact helper version for jobs using cleanup.

Omission keeps filesystem-age behavior. Explicit formats use the helper's fixed-width calendar-day contract, retain the cutoff day and never fall back to mtime on invalid filename dates. Cleanup placement, patterns, keepdays, logs and all adapters stay unchanged.

113 acceptance checks plus pin, capability and package checks pass on Windows, Linux and macOS. No automatic caller migration or fleet installation.
