MacScope 0.1.2 includes the menu responsiveness and per-app audio mixer fixes from #3.

  • Keeps live telemetry updates inside the menu-bar status label, so they no longer rebuild the app's menu scene.
  • Moves accessibility, Finder, screenshot, and command discovery work off the UI thread, with bounded scans and cancellation.
  • Fixes audio capture metadata and groups audio from browser helper processes under their parent application.
  • Keeps per-app volume and mute settings active after the mixer closes, and updates audio gain without rebuilding the capture engine.

For Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 14 or newer. The DMG and app are signed with an Apple Developer ID, notarized by Apple, and stapled. The packaged app and installer pass Gatekeeper verification. Install by dragging MacScope from the DMG to Applications.

SHA-256 checksum files are provided for both the DMG and ZIP archive.
