This PR makes unsupported parser cache entries content-aware for extensionless files, since Prettier may infer a parser from a shebang. Dotted filenames keep the path-only fast path, while extensionless entries store a content hash and invalidate when their contents change. Legacy path-only entries for extensionless files are ignored, and the cache documentation is updated.
