Consolidates two "transfer files" docs into one comprehensive guide under pods/storage/transfer-files.mdx and incorporates missing content from runpodctl/manage-pods.mdx into pods/manage-pods.mdx. Removes duplicate files, sets up redirects, and fixes all internal links to maintain navigation integrity.
