Reckonsolve v0.3.0

Reckonsolve v0.3.0 adds a source-distributed command-line companion to the desktop forecasting journal.

• Paired reckonsolve-cli and reckonsolve-cli-dev commands that share the same stable or development database as their matching desktop application.
• Type-aware list and show commands with filtering, attention indicators, terminal facts, and complete textual history.
• Interactive Binary and Numeric creation and revision.
• CLI Journal entries and Forecast Reviews.
• Confirmed Resolution, Invalidation, and guarded deletion workflows.
• Verified SQLite backup through backup.
• Documented format-version-two relational CSV export through export-csv.

Shared local data

The desktop and CLI interfaces operate on one canonical SQLite database through the same application rules. Changes made through either interface appear through the other on its next load or refresh. This is direct shared local data, not cloud synchronization or replication.

Release notes

• Existing v0.2 databases remain compatible and require no schema migration.
• Reckonsolve remains local-first, offline-capable, and single-user.
• This is a source release run through the uv-managed project environment.
• A separately packaged CLI executable, installer, signing, public binaries, live inter-process refresh, and final application artwork remain deferred.
