This also looks good to me, though I couldn't figure out if this needed an approval or some FCP (likewise) based on reading https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/392734-council/topic/Project.20GitHub.20Sponsors/near/593841059

I think that rust-lang/.github#8 might warrant an FCP, but not this PR - it just directly links to the rustfoundation Sponsors (which already exists, and we already link to it from the Project's Funding page on our website), so it's just shortening the link chain.
