Consider replacing find_protocol with LocateProtocol #79
Description
As discussed in #78, the LocateProtocol UEFI entry point seems like a more straightforward way to do what we are doing today with the find_protocol extension.
@GabrielMajeri had issues with it in the past, but that might have been a side-effect of #25, which is now resolved. To be investigated!
