BlockLocker 1.15 (for Minecraft 1.20 - 26.3)

• Now prevents copper golems from opening doors, unless there's [Golem] or [Everyone] on the door's sign.
• Messages that are set empty in the translation files are now no longer sent at all (instead of sending an empty line).
• Updated translations-zh-tw.yml and translations-zh-hk.yml (thanks @flandretw !)
• Block tags like #minecraft:shulker_boxes are now allowed in the material lists.
• Default settings now use block tags, so that you no longer need to update the config every time another type of wood gets added.
