MeshAid 0.4.3 testing release

MeshAid is an experimental offline-first Android messenger for nearby Bluetooth LE mesh communication. It provides a public lobby, encrypted direct messages, and QR-approved encrypted Trusted Circles.

Important safety status

This is an unaudited, debug-signed testing build. Read SECURITY.md before use.
