docs: reorder README component icons lowest-to-highest - #38

Match the icon row order to the Components table (xmBoard, xmFirmware, xmBase, xmTelemetry, xmDriver, xmNavigation, xmMessaging, xmViewer) so both read lowest-level to highest.

Reorders the icon row under the title so it matches the Components table order — lowest level to highest:
xmBoard · xmFirmware · xmBase · xmTelemetry · xmDriver · xmNavigation · xmMessaging · xmViewerPreviously the row led with xmBase and trailed with xmFirmware/xmBoard, out of step with the table right below it. Docs-only; separator (
) placement adjusted so the leading icon has one and the trailing icon does not.
