v0.1.5
v0.1.5
v0.1.5 is a release-process recovery for the protected v0.1.4 tag. Release
run 32839062910 stopped in its read-only consumer-test job because the
source-archive adapter did not install the tracked PyYAML test dependency.
Publication never started, and no v0.1.4 release or assets exist.
Changes since v0.1.4
- use the dedicated, full-commit-pinned skill-pack release adapter;
- run the same dependency-aware conformance path on pull requests,
mainand
the release tag; and - retain isolated consumer testing and a fresh privileged publication checkout.
No skill or accounting content changed. The plugin name, ten-skill inventory,
validation cards, accounting rules and professional-review boundary are
unchanged from protected tag commit 2f29bb51957888b1f427be44a7a0866ed4f4f5e5.

v0.1.3
v0.1.3
v0.1.3 republishes the current source as a new release. It does not move,
replace or add assets to the historical v0.1.0 and v0.1.1 tags or
releases, nor to v0.1.2: that tag was pushed when main had already advanced
past it, so the release workflow's tag-matches-main gate correctly refused to
publish, and GitHub's tag-protection rule blocks deleting or moving it.
Changes since v0.1.1
- Package the skills for Codex and agent marketplaces and add
AGENTS.md; - state the s 32(2) payroll-tax exemptions per contract in the
payroll-tax-contractorsskill; - correct the standard-library-only verification claim in the documentation;
- discover draft releases by ID and retry delayed draft discovery in the release
workflow; - scope release workflow permissions and pace Dependabot updates; and
- ignore local sign-in files.
Included skills
The source archives and marketplace metadata contain all 10 discoverable skills:
coal-lsl-levycontract-cost-trackingcontracting-exportscontractor-super-tparfuel-tax-creditspayroll-tax-contractorsplant-and-equipment-costingprogress-claim-preparationretention-schedulewip-over-under-billing
The marketplace intentionally has no pinned plugin version, so installation and
updates follow the selected repository revision instead of stale metadata.
Scope and review boundary
These are review-schedule skills. They help collect evidence, structure checks,
record exceptions and prepare work for review. Every use requires a fresh check
of the current primary sources and qualified human review, including registered
tax-agent, accounting or legal review where the matter requires it.
In particular, contractor-super-tpar is not an SG calculator or a TPAR
calculator. No skill gives final tax, superannuation, payroll, accounting or
legal advice, decides employee or statutory coverage, calculates a final SGC or
reporting obligation, lodges a report, serves a claim, moves trust money or
authorises a payment.
Integrity material
The release contains deterministic source archives whose text uses LF line
endings and whose timestamps derive from the tagged commit in UTC, plus:
SHA256SUMSfor both archives and the SBOM;- an SPDX 2.3 source SBOM;
- GitHub build-provenance attestations for every release asset; and
- GitHub SPDX SBOM attestations for both source archives.
Follow the release procedure to verify the checksums,
attestations, exact tag target and immutable-release status.
v0.1.1
v0.1.1
v0.1.1 republishes the corrected source as a new release. It does not move,
replace or add assets to the historical v0.1.0 tag or release.

v0.1.0
Warning
Known v0.1.0 packaging issue. The immutable v0.1.0 source archives contain invalid YAML front matter, so skills@1.5.22 discovers none of the 10 skills. This was corrected on main by PR #2, where the advertised npx skills add ryanduguid/subcontractor-accounting-skills command now discovers all 10 skills. The v0.1.0 tag has not been moved; review the current default branch or wait for a newly tagged release rather than treating these tagged archives as the corrected package.
First tagged version: ten Claude Code skills for Australian subcontractor accounting.
The contracting core - progress-claim-preparation, retention-schedule, wip-over-under-billing, contract-cost-tracking.
Mining services and earthmoving - fuel-tax-credits, coal-lsl-levy, payroll-tax-contractors, plant-and-equipment-costing.
Paying subcontractors, and shared reference - contractor-super-tpar, contracting-exports.
Each skill encodes the workflow and the tie-outs. No rate, threshold or statutory deadline is written into a skill: every one is looked up at the primary source at run time, because they move and they differ by state.
The skills do not decide whether a contract is covered by a security of payment Act, whether a worker is a contractor or an employee, or whether a contract is onerous. Those are legal and professional judgements, and each is put to a person.
