Warning

Known v0.1.0 packaging issue. The immutable v0.1.0 source archives contain invalid YAML front matter, so skills@1.5.22 discovers none of the 10 skills. This was corrected on main by PR #2, where the advertised npx skills add ryanduguid/subcontractor-accounting-skills command now discovers all 10 skills. The v0.1.0 tag has not been moved; review the current default branch or wait for a newly tagged release rather than treating these tagged archives as the corrected package.

Each skill encodes the workflow and the tie-outs. No rate, threshold or statutory deadline is written into a skill: every one is looked up at the primary source at run time, because they move and they differ by state.

The skills do not decide whether a contract is covered by a security of payment Act, whether a worker is a contractor or an employee, or whether a contract is onerous. Those are legal and professional judgements, and each is put to a person.
