  • Added an interactive one-click dispatch action in the Git Remote & Issues inspector allowing users to immediately trigger an automated cleanup and repair quark for broken wiki-links and orphaned nucleus notes.

• Custom Nucleus Index Budget Support (hadron-gatekeeper, hadron-lattice):
  • Dynamically resolves user-configured nucleus index budgets (nucleus_index_budget_kb in .hadron/team.json, e.g. 64 KiB) across RepoMonitor and NucleusIntegrityLinter instead of enforcing a hardcoded 32 KiB ceiling.
• Nucleus Integrity Linter False Positives (hadron-gatekeeper):
  • Filtered out template placeholders (notes/<slug>.md) from broken link detection.
  • Recognized cross-references in .hadron/nucleus/invariants/always.md so valid invariant rule notes are not falsely flagged as unindexed orphans.
