…s on the rendered layer-as-tile image size instead of having it fixed at 100 for all stacks. This way, match derivation will work even for small region layer-as-tile stacks.
…matching to 25, 50, 75, 100, .... This allows match derivation tasks for similarly sized stacks to be batched and processed together. For w61_s150_to_s159 layer-as-tile matching runs with 50 Google executors, the match derivation time was reduced from 27 minutes to 8 minutes.

Looks good to me, in principle. I think some of the loading logic for the layers-as-tiles stacks may be a bit improved and I don't fully understand the reason for batching match derivation by minimum number of inliers. Happy to discuss this offline if it helps.
