What's new

Added automatic OpenSteamTool installation and repair.
TOST now downloads the latest release directly from the official OpenSteamTool GitHub repository.
Automatically installs supported OpenSteamTool files into the configured Steam directory.
Added download and extraction size limits for safer installation.
Temporary download files are removed after installation.
Local ZIP and file installation remains available through drag-and-drop.
