Allow inherit from lazy-imported class

fix #41213

the solution is rather ugly, but I can't see any other way. Of course multiple inheritance from a lazy class and a non-lazy class will cause issues. Multiple inheritance from different lazy classes could be made to work, just isn't at the moment.
