border-bs/be-<colour> produced nothing: the block start/end edges had no border colour setter. Wire Bs_bs/Bs_be to border-block-start-color / border-block-end-color, completing the logical border-colour edges. Depends on cascade's Css.border_block_start_color / border_block_end_color.

border-bs/border-be-<colour>produced nothing: the block start/end edges had no border colour setter, while the inline edges (border-s/border-e) and axes (border-x/border-y) were wired in #161. This mapsBs_bs/Bs_betoborder-block-start-color/border-block-end-color, completing the logical border-colour edges to match the reference.Stacked on #161; depends on cascade adding
