Breaking Changes

create_room, add_seat, retire_seat, send_message, and wait_output now require an explicit workspace argument, normalized to its Git worktree root. It was previously derived from the MCP server's working directory. Calls that omit it are rejected — refresh the bundled Agent Skill with confer skill install after upgrading. (#4)

• adapters: run every agent through a single ACP execution path (#3)
• mcp: split the server into rooms, delivery, and API modules (#1)
• agents: unify host identity and remove the dead handshake

Performance
