Upgrade Notes
Room state moved from ~/.confer/rooms.json to $XDG_STATE_HOME/confer/rooms.json, defaulting to ~/.local/state/confer/rooms.json. Existing rooms are not migrated automatically — until the file is moved, previously created rooms and their native session mappings are not visible:
mkdir -p ~/.local/state/confer
mv ~/.confer/rooms.json ~/.local/state/confer/rooms.json
