NETWORKING

Netwoking means the connecting between two virtual machines.

How to do Networking

First of all select a machine and right click -> Settings -> Network tab -> adapters -> change NAT to bridge adapter. and permissive mode - allow all.

and done .

do This process in both machinies

start both machines and check your devive ip addresses

start both machine and login with root or oracle

[ we have to keep the adapter in the same state ] [ NAT is basically used outside connection of network ]

after login -> network bar -> wired connecting settings ->

click setting button

then turn on.

same process in another machine also and apply

then close the window only and open a terminal any one machine

now checking the ping with command 'ping 192.168.29.101' and another machine 'ping 192.168.29.102'

now select one machine , i have SAYAN and sayansha this two machines.

in SAYAN machine location of root i create a file name - file1 [ cal 01 2025 > file1 ]

now i want to copy this file to the another machine . we use command 'scp' that is secured copy for networking.

the command line is [ scp file1 root@192.168.29.102:/root/ ] type in SAYAN machine and view from other machine

now i want to fatch a file from SAYAN machine . let another file i create on machine SAYAN.

for this on sayansha machine the command is ' scp root@192.168.29.101:/root/file2 /root/
