A smart contract can be used to sign a cloud file contract.
clone the repo and deploy to ethereum blockchain

Bob want to make a deal contract with Alice.
So he upload file to cloud driver and get share link first.
Then he deploy the contract with Alice ethereum address, contract url and contract file hash on Ethereum net.
After Bob deploy, he send Alice contract address and wait Alice signed the contract.
Bob signed contract and finish the contract.
