Contents don't stop at footer menu, overlap

In all pages with a "Contents" menu, there is no script in place to stop the bottom of the Contents container from overlapping with the footer (when the list of Contents is large). An example is the entire Scala Tour: http://docs.scala-lang.org/tutorials/tour/implicit-parameters.html
