Google Group for Discussion on Doc Site?

As it stands, it's not possible to subscribe to the comment feeds on docs.scala-lang. It'd be nice to explore the idea of subscribing to all or some of the posts to the site.

for discussing site development, I think it's fine to use the scala-internals mailing list (or whatever it gets replaced with on Discourse) and the scala/contributors Gitter room.
